Information for visitors
In Ukraine the legal base of compulsion of realization of certified tests is clause 18 of the Decree of the Ministry from May 10, 1993 About standartization and certification , requirement of an item 7.3.1. of "Rules of safe maintenance of electrical equipment of the consumers" and item 3.4.3. of "Rules of technical maintenance of electrical equipment of the consumers" , where is indicated: "To maintenance in explosive zones the electric equipment is accepted which is made according to the requirements of state standards on an electric equipment", and also 7.3 meets the requirements. The conditions of manufacture and mounting of an import electric equipment are stipulated in the contracts with importing corporations. There should be a special permission of Govermental institutions to use imported equipment on the objects which are supervised by them, it is also should be a permission of that institutions, which will be issued after the getting of certificates or a conclusions of a testing body on that imported electrical equipment”.
The sequence of operations at registration and issuing of the documents, is following,:
1. The company sends the technical documentation enumerated in the appropriate clause “ List of represented materials ”, to the TCCExEE.
2. TCCExEE will inspect the production of an electric equipment for the purpose of confirmation of technological stability of production of explosion protection tools.
3. TCCExEE will realize the sertification tests of stated electrical equipment
4. If the results of sertification tests and attestation of a production are positive then TCCExEE will draw up following documents:
4.1. For Ukraine:
- Conclusion of explosion protection, approved by the director of TCCExEE;
- Permission of Gosnadzorohrantruda of Ukraine, which will be sent to the Gosnadzorohrantruda of Ukraine together with approved Certificate or a Conclusion and technical documentation of the production;
- Certificate (if it is needed) of conformity in system UkrSEPRO, registeres it in a govermental register of the System;
- transfers permition documents enumerated before to the company.
4.2.For Russian Federation:
- Approvel of explosion protection, which will be issued by Glavgosenergonadzor of Russia;
- Permission of Russia Gosgortechnadzor , which will be issued by Gosgortechnadzor of Russia;
- transfers permition documents enumerated before to the customer.
4.3. For other CIS countries:
- Certificate of TCCExEE being a document, approving the fact of passing the certificate tests in TCCExEE by the product. As long as there is no testing laboratories in the CIS countries (except of Ukraine and Russia), certificate of TCCExEE is recognized by them without any limitations and is used as a base for issuing of the permition documents;
The duration of the certification works shall be approximately 2 - 2,5 months after the presentationof all required materials and verification of production of stated electrical equipment.
