Manufacturer have to provide the compliance of a production to the requirements of normative documents, stated in this certificate, tested sample, and prescribed verifications and tests.
In case of nonfeasance, laid in the base of issuing of this certificate, it will be canceled by TCCEPExE.
According to the Intergovernmental agreements about realization of concordant politics in the area of standardization, metrology and certification from 13.03.1992, about principles of carring out and mutual recognition of the certification works from 25.06.1992 and according to the prescribed procedure of recognition of the certification works results from 20.10.1993, certificates of TCCEPExE are valid for all CIS countries.
